Hot Dip
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 can of one of these: crab meat, tuna, boned chicken, ham or turkey
2 tbs chopped onions
1 tsp horseradish
¼ tsp salt and pepper
1 tbs milk
Directions
Mix all of the above, adding more milk if the mixture is too thick. Place in an oven proof bowl and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. This can be frozen to be served at a later time and can also be cooked in the microwave oven. Serve with crackers.
